1. Operator and acceptance

ShowUskills is operated by Agentnet LLC. By using this site or purchasing an agreed service, you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase a service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You may use the site only for lawful purposes and with accounts, systems, data, and materials you own or are authorised to use.

3. Catalog status

Product pages may describe digital workflow packages and reference prices, but retail checkout and digital delivery are currently unavailable. A catalog page, price, or description is not an offer we are obliged to accept and does not itself create an order.

4. Custom services

Custom services are purchased only after the scope, deliverables, price, timing, required inputs, and material exclusions are confirmed in writing. Payment instructions may then be sent through a Stripe-hosted payment page. Work begins after the agreed payment and complete intake are received unless the written scope says otherwise.

5. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the materials, access, instructions, and permissions you provide. You must review deliverables before relying on them in a production, regulated, safety-critical, or consequential setting.

6. Intellectual property and licence

Unless a written scope says otherwise, ShowUskills and its licensors retain ownership of pre-existing methods, templates, software, designs, and know-how. After full payment, you may use the delivered work for the internal or client purpose stated in the written scope. You may not resell, sublicense, publish, or distribute underlying templates or reusable assets as standalone products without written permission.

7. Third-party services

The site and deliverables may refer to or depend on third-party platforms, models, APIs, software, or data. Their availability, pricing, outputs, and rules are outside our control and your use is governed by their terms.

8. No professional advice or guaranteed result

Content and deliverables are general operational, technical, creative, or informational materials, not legal, tax, financial, medical, or other regulated professional advice. We do not guarantee rankings, AI citations, recommendations, traffic, leads, revenue, platform acceptance, or any other specific outcome.

9. Refunds and cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled under the written service scope and our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Availability and changes

We may correct errors, change or withdraw catalog entries, suspend the site for maintenance or security, and update these Terms. Changes apply from the date posted and do not retroactively change an already accepted written service scope unless both parties agree.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated in a written scope. Agentnet LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability connected to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that service. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Agentnet LLC in Wyoming, United States, without removing any mandatory protections available to you under the law of your residence.
